1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
- Data from enquiry forms: name, phone number or Telegram, the service you are interested in and a description of your project.
- Project materials: texts, photos, logos and other files you send us to create your website.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time of visit.
- Browser settings: the website stores only your chosen colour theme (light or dark) in your browser (localStorage). This data is not sent to us.
3. Why we use the data
- to contact you about your enquiry and agree on project details;
- to create, publish and maintain your website or product;
- to issue invoices, accept payments and, where applicable, issue refunds;
- to respond to support requests;
- to improve the website and protect it from abuse.
Legal bases: your consent, given when you submit a form; the performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. Who we may share data with
We do not sell personal data. Access may be given only to:
- hosting, email and other providers without which the website and your order cannot function;
- payment services — to the extent required for payment;
- public authorities — only where expressly required by law.
These providers may be located outside Ukraine. In that case we choose providers that ensure an adequate level of data protection.
5. How long we keep data
Enquiry data that did not lead to an order is kept for up to 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and 3 years after it ends, unless the law requires a longer period (for example, for accounting records). After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. How we protect data
The website runs over a secure HTTPS connection. Only people who need the data to fulfil an order have access to it. We use organisational and technical measures to prevent loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we process about you and get a copy;
- correct or complete inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing;
- withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and analytics
The website may use technical cookies required for it to work. If we add analytics or advertising services, we will update this Policy and ask for your consent where required. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
9. Portfolio websites
Portfolio examples open in an embedded window. Links from them may lead to third-party websites with their own data policies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
