1. Services
TEMA agency builds websites, Telegram bots, mini apps and mobile apps, and provides SEO and advertising services. Current prices are listed on the service pages. The exact scope of work, timeline and cost are agreed with the client (in messages, an invoice or a contract). Information on this website is not a public offer unless stated otherwise.
2. How we work
- You send an enquiry.
- We agree on the structure, materials and cost.
- We build the project. For the “Website for $150” package, the estimated time is 72 hours after all materials are received.
- We show the result, make revisions within the included rounds and publish the project.
The timeline may be extended if materials are incomplete, approvals are delayed on the client’s side or the scope changes.
3. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, website development is paid 50% upfront and 50% after the finished result is approved. Maintenance is paid monthly in advance. Extra revisions beyond the included rounds and work outside the package are paid separately after prior agreement.
4. Client obligations
- provide accurate information and the materials needed for the project;
- hold the rights to the texts, photos, logos and other materials provided;
- not use the project for illegal activity or to distribute harmful or misleading content.
The client is responsible for the content of the materials they provide.
5. Rights to the result
After full payment, the property rights to the design and code of the project pass to the client, except for third-party libraries, fonts and services used under their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless the client objects in writing.
6. Support and availability
Under maintenance plans we make reasonable efforts to keep the project running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, which depends on hosting providers, networks and other third-party services. A subscription can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the client’s business results related to the use of the project. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Use of this website
The materials on this website (texts, design, graphics) are protected by copyright. Copying them for commercial use without our consent is prohibited. Works in the portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown as examples.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms; the new version applies from the moment it is published on this page. Relations between the parties are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
