About the client

GeoConsulting — land surveying and geodesy in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. One specialist handles the measurements, the paperwork and the case at the State Land Cadastre, with no middlemen. Over 10 years of practice.

The task

  • Present 31 services so that a visitor with no professional background finds their situation in seconds.
  • Give every service its own page to rank for searches like “marking out plot boundaries Kyiv”.
  • Explain complex procedures in plain language: what the work includes, how long it takes, which documents the client needs.
  • Bring enquiries into the phone and messengers — Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp — without half-page forms.

What we did

01

A structure for 31 services

We split the work into three areas — land surveying, geodesy and real estate — and numbered everything 01 to 31. Visitors see the full scope at once instead of digging through a menu.

02

A page for every service

Each of the 31 services has its own clean URL, timeline, outcome, work stages and a list of documents needed from the client. That is 31 entry points from search instead of one.

03

“Find your situation” block

People rarely search for “land management technical documentation” — they are buying a plot or arguing with a neighbour about a fence. We gathered six real-life situations and linked each to the relevant services.

04

Timelines and outcomes up front

Every service shows a timeline (“from 2 weeks”) and exactly what the client receives. Pricing depends on scope, so instead of price tags there is a free estimate.

05

Enquiries into messengers

Phone, Viber, Telegram and WhatsApp in the hero, in the header and on every service page. The form pre-fills the service the visitor came from.

06

SEO for local searches

Titles and descriptions for “surveyor Kyiv”, “marking out boundaries”, “cadastral number”; breadcrumbs, cross-linking between services and structured data.

The result

The site works as a reference guide and an entry point at once: the client understands the procedure, the timeline and the paperwork in advance, so the first call is already a specific request. The 31 service pages give the company dozens of entry points from search instead of a single homepage.
